#### 1. Design & Structure of C type Power Press



 
- **C-Shaped Frame**– Open-front design allows for easy loading/unloading of work pieces.
 
- **Ram/Slide**– Moves vertically to apply force.
 
- **Bed/Table**– Supports the lower die.
 
- **Backbone (Frame)**– Provides rigidity and absorbs pressing forces.
 
- **Drive Mechanism**– Can be **mechanical** (crank, eccentric) or **hydraulic** (piston-cylinder).
