Basant Pneumatic Power Press delivers high precision and reliability for industrial Metal Working punching applications. With its powerful Stroke, this press ensures accurate, consistent results while minimizing material waste. Ideal for heavy-duty tasks, it offers durable performance and is easy to operate, making it a perfect Punching & pressing solution for automotive and electronic Industries. This press ensures durability, ease of use, and consistent results, boosting productivity and accuracy.

Unlike mechanical presses that rely on a flywheel and clutch, Basant's Pneumatic Power Presses use compressed-air actuation, giving operators finer control over stroke force and speed — an advantage for applications where over-punching or die damage from excess tonnage is a concern. This makes them well suited to precision blanking, piercing and light-to-medium forming work where repeatable accuracy matters as much as raw capacity.

Available in both C-Type and H-Frame configurations from 100 to 1000 tons, these presses are built for high-speed cycles (up to 40 strokes per minute) while maintaining ram alignment across the full stroke, which keeps die wear low and part quality consistent over long production runs.
