## Shot Blasting Machine Tumble Type


Tumble Type shot blasting machines manufactured by Basant are available in specific chamber sizes for continuous, high-volume component cleaning. The design and fabrication of these machines are backed by a decade of experience, and sustained research & development has made them among the best available in the market.

Unlike the Turn Table design, the Tumble Type machine uses a rotating drum with a loader-unloader mechanism to continuously tumble small-to-medium components through the blast stream, giving thorough all-round abrasive coverage — well suited to bulk-processing castings, forgings, and fasteners rather than single large parts. The RSHB series spans three chamber sizes (20"x27" to 36"x42") with batch capacities from 150 kg up to 900 kg, each fitted with independent rotor, blower, elevator, loader and unloader drives, and a dry-type dust collector.
