These Special purpose Power Presses have provide to be great use for cutting, Piercing, Drawing and Trimming purposes.

Each machine is engineered to the client's exact job requirement rather than sold off a standard catalogue — frame type, clutch (mechanical or pneumatic), stroke length and bed size are all configured around the component being produced. This makes Special Purpose Power Presses a practical choice for manufacturers who need a dedicated machine for a repetitive, high-precision operation such as small-component piercing, shallow drawing or precision trimming, where a general-purpose press would be oversized or less efficient.

Basant builds these presses on rigid cast-iron or fabricated steel frames for long-term dimensional stability, with capacities from 1 to 10 tons and stroke lengths from 25mm to 100mm to suit fine-tolerance work. Optional safety and automation features — hydraulic overload protection, motorised lubrication, and pneumatic die cushions — can be added based on the production line's needs.
