1. Design & Structure of C type Power Press

• C-Shaped Frame– Open-front design allows for easy loading/unloading of work pieces.
• Ram/Slide– Moves vertically to apply force.
• Bed/Table– Supports the lower die.
• Backbone (Frame)– Provides rigidity and absorbs pressing forces.
• Drive Mechanism– Can be mechanical (crank, eccentric) or hydraulic (piston-cylinder).
